Gratitude to

Our Nurturers

Nothing in this world can grow without support and our association is no exception. We heartfully acknowledge and thank those who have contributed selflessly to our evolution and flourishing.

Dr. Khushoo Singh

I received my Ph.D. from the Department of Physics, IIT Delhi in 2022, where I subsequently worked as a Principal Project Scientist until 2023. I am currently a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Materials Science and Metallurgy at the University of Cambridge.

I believe that research is never a solitary pursuit; it is made possible through collaboration, encouragement, and the unwavering support of those around us.

Dr. Diksha Garg

Diksha completed her PhD in Physics at IIT Delhi in 2023, focusing on terahertz and Raman spectroscopy applications in the food industry. She is now a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Exeter, UK, working with Prof. Nick Stone on the Terabotics project, which develops real-time, automated cancer diagnosis during surgery. Diksha specializes in analyzing terahertz and Raman spectroscopic data from healthy and pathological tissues. Beyond doing science, she is also a passionate dancer.

Anurag

Anurag is a mechanical engineer by training, a graphics designer by profession, an Ambedkarite by choice, and a proud Bihari. He deeply believes that knowledge, power, and democracy are inseparably linked, and that when knowledge is monopolised, democracy loses its soul. For him, the democratisation of knowledge—through equal access, lived experiences, and constitutional morality—is key to dismantling caste hierarchies, a hope he lovingly extends to Ohana through his support. Beyond this, he carries a deep affection for peasant cuisines and dreams of seeing Ohana help bring these food traditions into wider public appreciation.

Zeeshan Haider 'Imam'

Zeeshan, as the name suggests, carries a quiet depth and generosity of spirit. An MBA by training, he is currently working with CAMPA and has previously built his professional journey across corporates such as Vodafone, Dainik Hindustan, and Oppo. Beyond the corporate world, Zeeshan is a philanthropist at heart and a Sufi in spirit, seeking blessings in compassion and finding meaning through mousiqui (music). His curiosity about alcohol and its associated foods goes beyond indulgence or taste; for him, they are repositories of survival knowledge, cultural memory, and everyday wisdom, revealing how communities preserve tradition, resilience, and shared ways of living across generations. He also runs a food blog on YouTube where he shares these stories and flavors of love.

Zeeshan recites,
